"My husband and I are so thankful we found Mark. We are first time home buyers, and Mark has met us at a few potential houses we were interested in to give his professional opinion on the plumbing situation, as well as if we would want to make potential changes/renovations the estimated cost. He has been so kind, detail-oriented and honest with us. We feel so comfortable having him with us as we look to make such a big decision. Additionally, he goes out of his way to meet us when and where we need him to, always with a smile and ready to help. Besides his incredible knowledge, what we appreciate the most is his honesty. "We have found our plumber! We have been looking for a reliable plumber for a few years and now our search is over. My wife and I both work and do not have much time to spare. I greatly appreciated Mark's courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arriving... and he was precisely on time. He provided an exact price for replacing our disposal BEFORE doing any work and stuck with that price. He even provided a simple fix for another problem at no charge. I would absolutely recommend Mark to anyone searching for an honest plumber with exceptional skills."

"I live in a condo which was converted from an apartment complex. The remodeling featured appearance over function, and the toilets were pretty but very poor, and constantly clogged. After doing much internet research on replacement toilets, I decided on a brand, then pretty much randomly selected Uptown Plumbing based on proximity and their website. I spoke with Mark, who (I believe) is the owner and master plumber, and was pleased to learn that he is selective about which types of toilets he is willing to install (because of his warranty), and his preferences lined up with my internet research. He and his assistant were prompt and worked quickly. They had to repair some of the original shoddy workmanship, one of the old toilets had a fixed flange which was not flush with the floor, with the height difference filled with a construct of extra wax rings. Additionally the fixed bolts were slightly misaligned, meaning the toilet was slightly off-parallel with the walls. Mark showed me the bad installation and showed me the proper flange in the other bathroom as a comparison, and explained my options. I decided to spring for installing a proper flange, which was an unplanned expense and took longer, but worth the investment in my opinion. A few months later, I had a problem with one of the TOTO soft-close toilet seats, one of the mounting bolts broke and Mark had the seat rapidly replaced at no charge at all. The toilets have otherwise been working perfectly.
Overall grade: A, Price: A, Quality: A, Responsiveness: A, Punctuality: A, Professionalism: A."
